You retain all ownership rights to the products you upload. Bytedi is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and sell your products solely through the Bytedi platform.

Product Compliance and Quality

Products uploaded to Bytedi must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Bytedi reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any product that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Administrative Access

Bytedi reserves the right to access and review any product or service uploaded by vendors to ensure compliance with Bytedi's standards and policies.

If any product or service uploaded by a vendor is found to be unethical, inappropriate, or does not meet Bytedi's standards, Bytedi reserves the right to delete or remove such content without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments

Vendors have the discretion to set the price for their products on Bytedi. Prices must be in USD and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Bytedi will collect payments from customers on behalf of vendors. Payments for sales of products, less any applicable fees, will be remitted to vendors according to Bytedi's payment schedule.

Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bytedi, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the vendor's use of Bytedi, including any breach by the vendor of these terms and conditions.
